It is my general policy to ship items as soon as possible. Generally, I ship as soon as the whole order is completed. This can vary depending on whether or not the items are instock, custom, or auction orders. The longest your order should take to ship is 7 business days (plus actual shipping time to you) however, as I said, I try to ship as soon as possible. I try to keep my webpage updated as to current shipping time and vacation delays. You may or may not be contacted directly when your order ships. If you feel adequate time has passed for your order to arrive, please contact me. I ship using the most practical shipping method and may ship USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or through a private carrier such as Fed Ex or DHL. I have shipped hundreds of packages the last 5 years through the US Postal service. They have all arrived safely except for three. Those 3 were all confirmed delivered by the post office, but the customer did not receive them. I would say your chances of a 'lost package' are very slight, but it does happen. I am not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered even if you have not received them.
IF YOU WISH TO INSURE THE PACKAGE PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE COMMENTS ON THE ORDER. I will email you with the additional cost when the order is ready to ship. Please be aware that you cannot even place a lost claim through the post office for 45 days and I will not replace the order until I have received money from the claim. Please email me if you have questions about insurance and we will discuss your options.
International Orders
Canadian orders are shipped via Air Mail and have an added shipping and handling charge. All other countries, I charge actual shipping costs. I cannot tell you exact shipping charges until the diapers are completed, packaged and weighed. I can give you an estimate before you order if you email me and tell me what you intend to purchase. Alternately, you can place your order through the shopping cart and I can email you with an estimate for additioanl shipping. All payments must be made in US funds.
Refunds
Approved refunds will either be refunded to the PayPal account the payment was made from or a check will be sent in the case of a money order. Please note that refunds are for the original purchase price (and sales tax if applicable) only and shipping charges will not be refunded. Please allow 72 hours after I have received your item(s) for a refund to be sent.
