Instock items: Instock items are listed for sale in the instock store and are first quality items. These items are finished and ready to ship. If you are unhappy with you order for any reason, please contact me within 14 days of shipping. For example, if I shipped the item on the 1st of the month you have until the 15th to contact me. I will let you know how to return unwashed, unused, in new condition items to me for a refund or exchange. I will refund or exchange the original sale price, less any shipping fees. Failing to contact me before returning an item could result in the item not being refunded/exchanged. Items are also guaranteed for 14 days against manufacturing defects. Please contact me with any question you may have to arrange a refund, exchange, or repair.
Second Quality Items: Second quality items are listed for sale in the instock store and have minor flaws. I will make my best attempt to list what is irregular about the item and whether or not I think it will affect performance, but all items are sold as is with NO GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY. Irregular items will be marked with a small black dot on the Very Baby label and a clipped size tag. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Custom Items: Custom items are made to order. Please allow 7 business days for the item to be made and ready to ship AFTER the customer has finalized custom choices. Occasionally shipping takes a little longer and I will contact you if shipping time is longer than 7 days. All sales are FINAL custom orders! There is a 14 day guarantee against manufacturing defects. It is my discretion as to whether to replace or repair and item. Please contact me if you need to arrange a repair or replacement.
Payment Information: I accept payments, including Mastercard and Visa, through paypal. I will accept money orders received within 2 days of purchase. Please be aware that if you send a personal check the item will not ship if it is instock or be made if it is a cusom order until the check has cleared my bank. This can take up to 2 weeks after I receive the check.

Refunds: Approved refunds will either be refunded to the PayPal account that payment was made from or a check will be sent in the case of check or money order payment. Please note that refunds are for the original purchase price (and sales tax if applicable) only and shipping charges will not be refunded. Please allow 7 days after I have received you item(s) for a refund to be sent.
